Evaluation Board for ADL5523 Low Noise Amplifier

Analog Devices’ ADL5523-EVALZ is a fully populated evaluation board for the ADL5523 devices.
The ADL5523-EVALZ is a 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board which requires a single 5V / 100mA power supply for normal operation. The 5V power supply is to be connected to the test loops (VPOS and GND). Alternatively, the two pin header (W-1) can be used for the power supply connections. The RF input is applied to the SMA connector labelled RFIN. The RF output is available at the SMA connector labelled RFOUT.
The ADL5523 is a low noise amplifier which provides high gain and low noise figure for single-downconversion IF sampling receiver architectures as well as direct-downconversion receivers. The ADL5523 device requires minimal external components, making it easy for the user to tune. It can support operation from 3V to 5V and the current draw can be adjusted with the external bias resistor for applications requiring very low power consumption.
