VALVETRAB® Pluggable single-pole modular lightning surge protector

The 2798844 from Phoenix Contact is a type 2 surge protection plug. This plug is designed to protect low voltage or three phase power supplies in your installations. It's backed with thermal monitoring, easy pluggable design that’s allow for simple maintenance, mechanical indicator that shows the status and a wiring bridge that allows multiple modules to easily connect and be bridged on the ground connection. VALVETRAB provides L-N and L-PEN protection.

Features and benefits:

  • Type 2 with high-capacity varistor for VAL-MS based element

  • For TN/TT systems

  • 230V power supply units according to DIN VDE 0100-534

  • Display to show if the device has an error or damaged

  • Connects in parallel on the mains network and snaps onto a symmetric profile
