TE Connectivity AMPMODU System 50 IDC Ribbon Cable Receptacle Connectors

AMPMODU System 50 ribbon cable connectors designed to terminate 0.05 mm² solid or stranded and 0.03 mm² stranded ribbon cable on to 0.64 mm centrelines. These AMPMODU System 50 ribbon cable connectors consist of a preassembled house and cover and are suitable for end and daisy chain termination. The IDC contacts of these connectors enable one-step cable termination without need for extra tooling. These AMPMODU System 50 ribbon cable connectors feature an integral positive locking latching feature for a secure connection to the mating header. Having this latching feature on the receptacle rather than the header means a saving in PCB space and reduces problems of compatibility caused by latch height. The side of the connector housings feature polarization bars to ensure accurate mating with the headers
