The CC111x wireless transceiver SoC is a low-cost, low-power 8051-based device able to operate in the 315/433/868/915MHz ISM/SRD frequency bands .

8051-core MCU with up to 32KB Flash memory, up to 4KB RAM
RF Frequency Ranges: 300 to 348MHz, 391 to 464MHz and 782 to 928MHz

Receiver Sensitivity: -110dBm @ 1.2kbps with 1% PER
Modulation: OOK, ASK, FSK, GFSK or MSK
OTA Data Rate: 500kbps
