THe CC1190 device contains an RF power amplifier (PA), RF low-noise amplifier (LNA) and switching circuits to provide a high-performance RF front-end to a wireless transceiver. It also acts as a range-extender for Texas Instruments transceiver devices in the series CC11xx and CC430.
Frequency range: 850 to 950MHz
RF Output Power: up to +27dBm
Receiver sensitivity: Typically improved by 6dB when used with CC11xx and CC430 devices
LNA Noise Figure: 2.9dB
Digital control of LNA and PA Gain by HGM pin
