CC2541 Bluetooth 4.0 RF System-on-Chip

The CC2541 is a cost-effective, low-power, system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications. It enables robust BLE master or slave nodes to be built with very low BOM costs.

8051-core MCU with up to 256KB Flash memory, 8KB RAM
RF Frequency Range: 2379 to 2496MHz ISM Band
