Product details

TPL5110 Timer with MOS Driver and MOSFET Power ON Evaluation Module, Texas Instruments

The TPL5110 is a Ultra Low Power Timer with MOS driver and MOSFET Power ON. The Evaluation Module allows a designer to select the timer intervals, while the integrated MOSFET driver is ideal for power gating in duty cycled or battery powered applications. Consuming only 35nA at 2.5V, the TPL5110 can enable the power supply line, and drastically reduce the overall system stand-by current during the sleep time. A coin cell battery holder on board the evaluation module can supply the low power from a battery to the TPL5110.

1.8V to 5.5V Operating Supply Voltage
Selectable Time Intervals 100ms to 7200s
Timer Accuracy 1% (typ)
Resistor Selectable Time Interval
Manual MOSFET Power ON
One-shot feature powers the MOSFET for one cycle
