Air Process Heaters
These heaters will provide hot air and gas up to 540°C with infinite control by varying the voltage and air velocity supplied.
Flush fitting types for connection to hoses/tubing and TPT threaded variants for screw connection
Fitted with a "T" tube for power lead output heater selection;
Watts = (SCFM x T°F) ÷ 3 Where SCFM is the standard cubic feet/min to be heated and T°F is the temperature rise °F
Multi-Purpose Process Heaters
In order to obtain optimum performance from these products, it is advised that temperature sensing and control elements be used with them.
Warning
These heaters shall only be used where adequate electrical, thermal and mechanical barriers are provided to prevent access to hazardous parts without the use of a tool.
