RS PRO Self-Retracting Polypropylene Hose Reels
Wall mounted hose reels are an efficient way to store a hose, whether theyre garden water hoses or air and water hoses for industrial or automotive applications. Hose reels keep hose tubing protected from external damage when not in use, preventing them from getting pierced, twisted, or torn, and prevents risk of personal injury from tripping.
These UV-stabilised polypropylene outer casings also protect the included thermoplastic rubber hose from excessive sunlight exposure, which can cause the hosing to be weakened over time and become more susceptible to damage and lowered performance.
For increased manoeuvrability, these wall-mounted hose reels are also provided with a pivoting wall bracket to allow for more flexibility of movement during use.
Hose reel inlet connection is BSPT (British Standard Pipe Thread) female. The hose is terminated at each end with BSPT male fittings and the connection inside the hose reel (on the swivel) is BSPT female.
Reels 495-2078 and 540-9575 are suitable for water and air, supplied with thermoplastic rubber hose.
Reel 495-2084 is suitable for hot water, supplied with food grade thermoplastic rubber hose.
All reels come supplied with a hose (495-2078 18 metres, 540-9575 20 metres, 495-2084 15 metres).
