InnoSwitch-CH series Offline AC-DC Converters
The Power Integrations InnoSwitch-CH series of off-line CV/CC flyback switching AC-DC converters incorporates an integrated high-voltage MOSFET with synchronous rectification feedback and many advanced protection and safety features. These devices dramatically simplify the development and manufacture of low-voltage, high current switching power supplies, especially those with high efficiency requirements. The revolutionary InnoSwitch-EP architecture integrates both primary and secondary controllers plus sensing elements and a safety-rated feedback mechanism into a single compact IC.
Incorporates flyback controller, high-voltage MOSFET, secondary-side sensing and synchronous rectification driver in a single package
Exceptional CV/CC accuracy, independent of transformer design or external components
Energy efficient: <10 mW no-load at 230 VAC when supplied by transformer bias winding
Easily meets all global energy efficiency regulations
