Ifm electronic MX5 series hall effect speed sensors for non-contact detection of speed and direction of rotation. High switching frequency and an extended temperature range make the MX5 sensors ideal for speed and rotation detection on drives, axes and shafts. The sensors use hall measuring cells that function reliably without contact, even in cases of heavy soiling.
