Infineon present the TLE7368 series power-supply device that is designed for automotive powertrain systems. The multifunctional dc-dc converter will supply and monitor next generation 32-bit microcontroller families. The power supply IC has a wide input voltage that can reach up to 45 volts and has many additional features including a buck converter along with linear regulators, reset generator, watchdog and more.
