The AX5031 is an IEEE 802.15.4 protocol compatible multi-channel single-chip RF transmitter for the sub-1GHz ISM frequency bands.

RF Output Power: up to +15dBm
Modulation: ASK, PSK, OQPSK, MSK, FSK, GFSK or 4-FSK
Basic OTA Date Rate: 350kbps (FSK), 2Mbps (ASK, PSK)
802.15.4 (DSSS) OTA Date Rate: 16kbps (FSK), 40kbps (ASK, PSK)
