This FR PVC coaxial mini-cable, an alternative to RG179, is suitable for all 75 Ω systems. Applications include video, digital video, CATV and systems where low attenuation is required. The shielding made of foil and braiding provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference. The flame-retardant, self-extinguishing PVC sheath meets the requirements of IEC 332-1 and DIN (VDE) 57472, part 804. The appropriate plug connectors are those specified for RG179.
