Product details
Over-Voltage Protected AC Switch TRIAC, ACST Series, STMicroelectronics
The ACST Series are static-switch semiconductors for Alternating Current (AC). They are simple-to-drive, sensitive-gate devices with highly inductive load switch-off capability. They embed a Triac structure with a high voltage clamping device to absorb the inductive turn off energy and withstand line transients.
