A series of heavy duty sealed housings from TE Connectivity. These automotive connectors are designed to accommodate a mixture of 1.5 and 2.8 male terminals. See part number 718-1077 typically. The heavy-duty automotive connectors are made from a black PBT housing material and operate within a temperature range of -40-140°c

These HDSCS automotive connectors have rugged thermoplastic housings and are designed to withstand tough and harsh environments and high levels of vibration. The sealing provides IP67 protection against dust and water. This robust construction ensures high performance, reliability and long-term use. These HDSCS automotive connectors can be used for wire to wire or wire to device applications. The HDSCS connector housings are available in 5 different sizes from 2 to 18 ways and accept AMP MCP 1.5K, AMP MCP 2.8 or AMP MCP 6.3/4.8K receptacle or tab contacts.
