TE Connectivity 50 Series Round Cable SDL Plug Connectors

The SDL (Shielded Data Link) connector meets industry's demand for a cost effective shielded connector. This connector provides EMI/RFI protection for a wide range of applications from critical medical systems to point-of-sale equipment, including computers, computer peripherals, video games and process control equipment.
These 50 series round cable SDL IDC plug connectors are for use with round shielded 7 stranded cable and are pre-loaded with IDC contacts on a 1.27mm centreline. The housing design of these SDL IDC plug connectors features locking latches, positve polarization, a primary strain relief that is applied to the cable foil or shield and a secondary strain relief for the main cable conductors. The top and bottom shielding shells and ferrules for these SDL IDC plug connectors must be purchased separately.
Stock number 717-4414 is a 4 way SDL plug for use with 24 AWG wire
Stock number 820-8221 is a 4 way SDL plug for use with 28-26 AWG wire
Stock number 820-8176 is an 8 way SDL plug for use with 24 AWG wire
The 4 way SDL plugs use top shield (stock number 717-4423), bottom shield (stock number 717-4426) and ferrule (stock number 717-4432)
