Vishay TSML1000/20/30/40 Series IR Emitting Diodes
The TSML10x0 family, from Vishay Semiconductor, are high power Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. With a wavelength of 940nm, the TSML10x0 IR LEDs offer a high radiant power.
