Product details
MCP19114/19115 PWM Controllers with 8-Bit PIC MCU
The Microchip MCP19114 and MCP19115 are analogue-based Synchronous Low-Side PWM Controllers that integrate an 8-bit PIC Microcontroller. The addition of an MCU allows the operating parameters of the analogue circuitry to be easily customised using the Microchip MPLAB® X Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
The MCP19114 and MCP19115 are designed to operate from a single 4.5 V to 42 V supply. Supported topologies include Flyback, Ćuk, Boost and SEPIC.
Features
Integrated 8-Bit PIC® Microcontroller
Wide Operating Voltage Range: 4.5 V to 42 V
Analogue Peak-Current Mode Pulse-Width Modulation Control
Significant Configurability including Adjustable Analogue Compensation, Switching Frequency and MOSFET Dead Time
I2C Communication Interface
Integrated Synchronous Low-Side MOSFET Drivers
Integrated Current Sense
Minimal External Components Needed
Custom Algorithm Support
PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) Controllers, Microchip
